A little about me and my blog…
It’s really hard to describe myself to others. There’s no way that a couple of lines will ever capture my true personality. You’ll just have to follow my posts in order to be dazzled by my true essence ;-)
I am a young woman who found out her senior year of college that she was pregnant. Boy was that an unexpected surprise. My life went from studying all hours of the night to prepare for a midterm, to changing diapers and breastfeeding at all hours of the day (…and night). I now have a beauuuutiful baby girl who is currently 5 months old and I would not have it any other way. But along with motherhood came the responsibility of being a wife as well. Although I am not legally married to my partner, we do share everything that a wife and husband would.
Not being able to find a job right away turned me into a stay at home mom by default, which as a result turned me into a work from home mom. It has truly been a unique experience to be able to be there for my daughter’s most precious moments and capture those once in a lifetime milestones. I freelance around the web as a living, enough to help my partner put food on the table and provide a roof over our heads. And I love every minute of it.
Well enough about me, now onto my blog. Because I found myself struggling to figure things out on my own when I was pregnant and once my baby was born, I wanted to put together a blog that would educate other young mothers, and provide them with resources to facilitate their transition into motherhood. From finding every known discount on the web, to taking shortcuts while cooking, to providing only the best for my daughter, I have been through it all, and I am now ready to share my wisdom with others ☺
Don’t get me wrong, this is still a learning experience for me as well, but doesn’t knowing that there are others like you out there, make things a little easier? I will have everything from advice and tips on how to make taking care of a baby less stressful, to how to make money online, to contests and giveaways (because I know how good it feels to get something for free when you really need it).
